A black hole can be defined just like why an object looks black. Yes because it absorbs all lights and doesn’t allow any light to reflect back so it looks black. Likewise black hole is any region in space which doesn’t allow light to escape.

The picture is taken accurately with black hole in front of Large Magellanic cloud. Large Magellanic Cloud is a galaxy which is irregular in shape. It can also be written as LMC. One more interesting fact about LMC is that it is the third closest galaxy to milky way with a mass of ten billion times of our sun.

Around it small small rings can be seen. These are Einstein Ring that is produced due to the affect of gravitational lensing. Whenever light coming from a bright source bends around a massive object, gravitational lensing occurs.

For this NASA sent its first satellite instrument-radiometer. Radiometer has a capacity of measuring the amount of light that strikes the earth’s atmosphere. This light can also be termed as total solar irradiance. It had shown that sun’s light has changed over decades.

Without it, it would have been difficult to discover how much energy the sun emits.Still there lays a question unanswered- whether the irradiance has been changing throughout the 3 11-year cycle? We know what C & C++ are. There was one time when C was so efficient that not a single language was there to beat it. It uses structures hence is a structured programming language. Basically there are two types of programming languages:-

2. Object oriented programming language (OOPs).

In C one limitation was found that it could not manage large programs because all the functions used are dependent to each other. Hence it makes it too difficult to understand the program or debug the program.

This is why java is much slower than C. One more language called smalltalk was developed. But it could not become much famous because of its slow speed. Basically C++ is not fully OOPs language but object based language because we can write programs in C without using class.

Last month Cultural was conducted in my college. I am happy to say that I am enjoying my 2nd semester than the 1st. It is because of the continuous functions, holidays, symposium and sports day. All of the above, I enjoyed a lot in Cultural day.

The arrangements made were really amazing. The open air auditorium was magnificently converted into a closed tent. Plasma flat TVs were installed here and there. The stage was looking beautiful with the blue and white balloons hanged at the top .

I had never and ever imagined that I will be enjoying so much. There was dance competition. I must say that was a tough one. But the one that was more interesting was the comments that we passed. Every time when it came the chance of IT and S&H (science and humanities) department, we hooted a lot above all we showed down thumb for other department. On comparing dance competition, boys did well. All the boys of S&H took off there shirts and one of the boys jumped down from stage.

After the dance, the famous cute actor Srikanth came, he was so white, handsome and……….that I could not explain….you can yourself see his photo.

And at last there was light music and we all danced. Well I cannot explain about boys…….if you had seen them at that moment, you would have got the feeling of seeing a free bird……,

In my seventh standard I backed 2nd rank in my class. For that as a complement, i got a “Secret Seven” book. I completed reading it in one day. I liked it. I wanted to read more and so I got some Secret seven editions from my friends.

In 8th I saw a Famous Five and the secret caravan. At first it seemed to me as if I could not read. But as I started I could not keep myself from turning the pages. That was amazing for me to read books like that at that age and reading about my age guys doing something different.

After that I started reading Harry Potter...now nobody can really express anything about it. Everyone know about it and the movie…

I have read all seven parts of Harry Potter and I don’t know what to read next. So please friends give me some suggestions and book names that I can read…..

Once upon a time Mp3 players are mere audio devices. They are used to hear songs, listen FM, record voices etc. But now a days the meaning of Mp3 players has changed. Now it comes with audio as well as video features. Last month my brother bought me a new mp3 player. Just as video players it has a screen like old model mobile phones and its purpose is only to choose songs or to go into FM or voices recorder or to music. As video player is not allowed in my hostel, I found Sony to be a better choice.

I heard a lot of songs in my new MP3 player. As it is my first MP3 Player I love it a lot. But from last week it is not getting charged. I am thinking that there is some voltage problem. Actually the fact is Mp3 players and ipods are charged through computers. As I have got no laptop, I am finding it difficult to charge it with a normal charger. I actually do not know what the real reason is.

I gave thanks to God that my brother came late. Actually some sort of raid was going on at the main gate for day scholars. Many hostelers too caught into there but I escaped out of it. Fifteen mobiles were seized and three ipods were broken. All mobiles were camera mobiles. Poor guys……..Only after they pay a fine of five thousand, their id cards will be returned.

Planning For A New Template.......

I was a bit busy for the past four days and that is the main reason why I didn’t write any posts and didn’t visit other blogs. I was thinking to change my template for a long time. But I was not able to accomplish it. Since I am a newbie in blogging, I don’t know how to change the template. I have seen many blogs where they have set attractive, eye catching templates. I hope those templates are available for free. If that is the case please let me know where to find those templates and what to edit in the blogging dashboard. On 31st December as usual I was checking out my blog. I was keen to see whether any new comments were posted in any of my posts. After finding that no new comments were posted, I just turned my attention towards the ShoutMix box, where people used to drop some words for me. I was reading the comments out there and when I scrolled down, one of the comments just surprised me. The comment was “it seems u got pr 2.....congrats”. I was really amazed but I just didn’t believe it. So I checked the Google page rank in http://prchecker.info/.

Woh…….what a good news on the last day of the year. Yes, My Google PR is now 2 from 0. My hardworks have paid me the right fruit, but I guess it is something which I never expected in such a short time. I thank all bloggers who have linked me back and who had commented in my posts. I wish a very Happy New Year 2009 to all my blogging friends. God has showered his blessings and mercy upon us during the entire 2008. Thank God for whatever he has done in our life for the past 365 days. Some people might have gone through rough times during this year. But one should understand that it is the plan of God and so everything is for good.

Every year on January 1, I have seen people taking resolutions for the coming year. It is a very good practice. Some people take the resolution to get rid off smoking, drinking and all bad habits. Some people owe to help the poor and needy people. Many people don’t stick to the resolutions they have taken. Through resolutions we could make ourselves more cleanliness and so I advice everyone to take at least one resolution this year. Many of you might have already taken the resolution for this year. Internet giant Google has come up with a project, ‘Google Bus’ which has been especially designed for Tamil Nadu. It will hit the roads within two months. Google Bus will create awareness among the people of the various internet applications that would be of great benefit for the people. It will mainly focus on educating the people on how the usage of internet could help the people in improving their quality of living.

Google Bus will help the police in monitoring the functioning of more than 600 internet browsing centres available in Chennai. This mobile bus comprises of computers and wireless internet connectivity. Less than 5% of the people are used to the different internet applications. So Google Bus will help the people to know more about the uses of internet and its applications. Google has chosen Tamil Nadu as it has good road facilities. As per the press release, Google Bus seems to be great. But we need to wait two more months to know more about it.

Aamir khan who is playing the leading role has made a good come back through this movie and this is the Hindi debut film for the south Indian actress Asin. After being inspired by shahrukh khan’s six peck abs, Aamir khan too went on to make it as eight peck abs in this latest flick Ghajini. His new bald look has attracted everyone. All the songs in this movie are really superb. Rehman has really worked a lot and put an appealing composition in all the songs.

This romantic action thriller is all about a businessman (Aamir) who madly falls in love with a kind hearted and helping nature girl Asin. Unfortunately, Asin faced a sad death by a gangster. While trying to save her life, Aamir got an injury on his head that resulted in short term memory loss. Now Aamir is deadly behind his enemies to take revenge. He tattooed all the information about the killer in his body so that he can recognize the killer at the time he gains memory and went behind the killers to finish them off. Every year we celebrate Christmas in a much similar way, which I think should be changed. In most of the western countries Christmas is celebrated with much joy, with drinks and other stuffs. I think this is not a way we should celebrate the birthday of the world savior.

Instead, on this day we should focus on the ways to bring peace in the world. Also we can make use of this day to help the poor and the needy people. I was always wondering why Christmas is celebrated on December 25th. There is no reference to the date of birth of Jesus in ‘The Bible’. I hope some of you may have the answers for my question. Infosys Inks a Deal With Punjab National Bank

IT giant Infosys Technologies has inked a deal with Punjab National Bank (PNB) to provide services in the rural branches of PNB. PNB has around 1300 branches in its six regional Rural Banks (RRBs). This agreement will help PNB to enhance its strength in all the six RRBs.

Today I got the chance to watch the movie ‘Taare Zameen Par’. Even though it was released a year before, I watched it today only. Taare Zameen Par is the first and the foremost movie directed by the famous actor Aamir Khan. Through this movie, Aamir khan has proved that he is not only good at acting, but can also shine as a director as well.

Taare Zameen Par is a movie about a school boy named Ishant Sharma, who
has his own way of study. He was suffering from ‘Dyslexia’, but his parents were not aware of his problems. Because of this problem he was unable to read and write what was taught by the teachers and ultimately he fetched poor marks in his exams. He was not able to recognize the letters in the text book as well as the letters in the notes given. He always thinks something different in his mind and never concentrates on his studies. Ishant was scolded by his teachers and parents every now and then.

At this point of movement, his parents were frustrated and sent him to a boarding school.
Being a kid he felt very lonely and maintained a distance with all his new friends in
the boarding school. Aamir Khan is one of the tutors in the boarding school and a pschycologist as well. He found out the problem which Ishant was suffering from and made him to recognize the letters and words which he was unable to do in the past.

Aamir khan recognizes the kid’s imagination of painting and encouraged him to progress more so that everyone would recognize his hidden talents and what he is capable of. This is all about the movie. The main theme of the movie is, ’Never under estimate the creative talents of any person’. If you have not yet seen the movie, do watch the movie for it is not the one to miss.

Vaaranam Aayiram has been relesed on 14th of november. Gautam has given his best in it.
Surya with his sparkling eyes has once again caught everyone's eyes. Eyes are searching for his stills everywhere: newspapers, magazines, nets etc..He has made every one cry with his acting on Anjala song (song longing for his lover ). Well all songs are mind blowing. We can see the songs in everybody's lips.

The story actually takes quite a long time but it won't disappoint anyone. It's story is all about a boy who is deep in a sea of drugs because he could not overcome the grief of his best friend's death, who was killed by terrorists.Story shows how he comes out of it.Sameera Reddy & sweet Divya have also done a good job. Though Divya has done a negative role, she had worked it out.....

Theft In My Hostel

Hostel seems to be the safest place. But I was surprised when yesterday my friend told me that a burgler broke through her hostel at about 12:30 am.Nearly it was midnight and my friend and her room mates were fast asleep. Suddenly she heard a cracking sound and saw a feeble image of a man. She silently woke her room mates who were still unaware of anything and told the matter. They decided to swith on the light and cry out in corous. They did the same and saw the man flying out.

In the morning they found footsteps beside the window.She told this to other friends and came to knew that from boys hostel, an amount of 7000 and a credit card was missing.So be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Tales of Beedle the Bard

The tales of Beedle the bard recently written by J.K.Rowling, will be released by
4th of december. J.K.Rowling has introduced this book in HARRY POTTER and the deathly hallows as the book owned by Hermoine from the past Dumbledore. She only got the sign made by him on "THE TALE OF THREE BROTHERS" and found the concept of master of death.

This book consists of these interesting imaginary stories-"The Wizard and the Hopping Pot", "The Fountain of Fair Fortune", "The Warlock’s Hairy Heart", "Babbitty Rabbitty and Her Cackling Stump", and obviouly, "The Tale of the Three Brothers".It is not only imaginary, but it will give an insight to HARRY POTTER.

It also shows Dumbledore's vast knowledge of wizarding world, his humor, courage, fantacy, wisdom etc...We will also come across some familier names like Aberforth Dumbledore, Lucius Malfoy, Headless Nick and other professors at Hogwarts and the past owners of the Elder Wand.

Its story is amazing as that of previous parts. well ....

At the age of seventeen the protective charm by Harry's mother was going to break. So the order of pheonix decided to shift Harry to a safer place. But during shifting he confronted with Voldemort. His holy wand acted on its own and saved Harry. The three friends set out for the search of horcoxes. Two horcoxes were already destroyed.So the remaining was five.

The seventeen year old boy with his two friends set out in hiding to find them with out any clue.This time it was more difficult as the name Voldemort was jinxed and where ever harry went the death eaters nearly caught him.

Though, they do not know how to destroy them, he ceased the locket(horcox) from Umbridge. It was afterwards destroyed by Ron. Next they got Huffleypuffs's cup from Mrs Black's treasures and destroed it with Baisalisk's fangs.

At school, he found the crown in the room of requirement. It was destroyed by cursed fire.

The most turning point came when they came to know that Harry himself was a horcox. Harry left himself to die. But he survived because he became the master of death.

The last one, the snake nagini, was destroyed by Longbottom.

J.K Rowling has removed many favorate characters from HARRY POTTER by killing them. In the series starting from the fourth part "HARRY POTTER AND the goblet of fire", she killed one or two. In "goblet of fire" with the resurrection of the villen Voldemort, she killed Credric. In the"order of pheonix", she killed Harry's Godfather Sirius Black. His death was a horrible moment for Harry as well all the readers. In "the Half-Blood Prince", the most main character, the Headmaster had to die with the hands of one of the Proffeser, Severes Snape,The Half Blood Prince.

The last part counts a number of people. Firstly, the strongest member of order of pheonix, Mad-Eye Moody. Then the small rat of prisoner of azkaban and the betrayer, Peter Pettigrew. Followed by Fred Weasley, one of the twin and funniest brother of Ron. Then came the turn of the half-blood prince, Snape from the hands of the one who must not be named. And at last came the turn of the villen.

New Facilities In My Hostel

The number of students in our Hostel is increasing day by day. Thus increasing many new problems-we were running out of room,getting bathroom became a blunder problem. They made seven students to occupy one room and so on........ The TV room was given to 23 students.

Then came a light. The construction work for the second floor got completed yesterday.
Nearly 20 rooms were built. And 21 bathrooms were built. You know why? Ha..ha..Just because we could get up at 8:45 and go to college by 9:00. Its amazing. We do not have any bathroom problem now.

We were not able to cope up with the small mess that is available now. So they have started constructing a large and wide canteen for us. Since our crowd is very large, it is the only possible solution.

My New Room In The Second Floor

During my primary hostel life, we were given a room for six. With the passage of time we started binding with the invisible thread of affection. After one month a newly constructed room in the second floor was offered. That was by compulsion rather than an offer. But there was a thunder behind it. One member among the six had to leave us. One of my friend left our room and joined the adjascent room mates. It really hurted us a lot. As time heals away big and big hurts, it healed ours as well. Now everything seems to be fit and fine.

Shifting room made all my favourite IT pals come together. We are now enjoying.........

The Future Need of India-GAS HYDRIDES

India is badly affected by the scarcity of energy resources. It is believed that if non-renewable energy resources like petrol are consumed in the same rate as now, they will get exhausted within two decades.

India has got a striking solution for this problem. NIO( indian of ocean) has surveyed the Bay of Bengal for the presence of gas hydrides. It is found that it is suitable for the formation of gas hydrides in a huge amount. It is formed between the cage linkage of hydrogen molecule of water.. Formation of gas hydrides requires low temperature and high pressure.
It has been calculated that somewhere in the depths of the sea there must be 6.2 tonns of gas hydrides.Its efficiency can be seen by the analysis viz. 1L ofpetrol can be used for 10km but the same amount of gas hydrides can be used for1600km.

NIO has started searching for the deposits in the Delta of Krishna. The thing that is needed immmediately is the caliberation of vehicles using it.
