Have you heard of heart transplanted TWO times? Ya… this “two” in the case of heart transplantation is not common furthermore being still living is so rare and supernatural. It’s all by God’s Grace that s 6 year child after her second heart transplantation is now perfectly well and now she is preparing for her annual sports.
This is a story of Amy Ferguson whose beating heart is the third one. At the age of two she had an infection in her heart’s aorta which is the heart’s major blood vessel. This made the heart being rapidly destroying. It happened because her immune system was not working properly and a virus attacked the heart. This is a rarest case that happens.
At the age of four doctors found out that her heart could not cope up with the body and her body has rejected the replacement. During the operation it was found that the main artery was badly damaged and she was heavily bleeding. Doctors thought that she won’t live anymore. But after nine hours of battle of surgery, she recovered after 5 months and now she is as happy as before.
