Microsoft’s Windows operating system is used by a number of people worldwide. It is very easy to use and the user friendly interfaces are the key factors that make it more appealing. Under the System Tools option you can see the facilities Backup, Disk Clean up and Disk Defragmenter.

1.Backup

The first utility that comes in this list is Backup. This utility makes a copy of all the softwares and stores it in another location in the computer. When you encounter a problem with any particular software, you can get it from the Backup. You can use it by going to Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Backup.

2.Disk Clean Up

The next main utility is Disk Clean Up. It helps in finding unwanted files in the computer and deleting them. When using internet, some unnecessary files and photos are loaded into our computer without our knowledge. These files simply waste the space and reduce the computer speed. Disk Clean up will delete all those files and helps the computer to run efficiently.

3.Disk Defragmenter

The files are stored in the computer in a random manner. Due to this, the memory space is wasted. Disk Defragmenter reallocates all the files in a contiguous manner.
